Signature of the framework contract for the acquisition of Lyxor by Amundi
Finalization envisaged end 2021
Amundi and Société Générale announce that they have signed, ahead of the initially planned schedule, the framework contract for the acquisition of Lyxor1 by Amundi; for the record, the entry into exclusive negotiations was announced on April 72.
The finalization of this transaction is expected at the end of 20213, subject to prior authorization from the relevant regulatory and competition authorities.
