(CSE: FLYY, FSE:3AT) or (the “Company”) announced today it is trying to reach an agreement with the holders (the “Debenture Holders”) of the Corporation’s secured convertible debentures in the aggregate principal amount of approximately $1,026,000. The Company is currently in default with the Debenture Holders and is in negotiations.
