(Green Thumb) (CSE: GTII) (OTCQX: GTBIF), a leading national cannabis consumer packaged goods company and owner of Rise dispensaries, today announced the resignation of Wes Moore from its board of directors. Moore joined Green Thumb’s board of directors in 2018 and served on the audit and compensation committee.
